Description

Lead technical requirements analysis and solution design for enterprise data architecture. Own the end-to-end delivery of ETL pipelines, data modeling, and warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed solutions for ETL data pipelines, data modeling, and data organization within data warehouses and data marts.
• Lead the technical aspects of ETL and Data Warehouse migration projects from a senior standpoint.
• Develop BI solutions aligned with specific reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of experience in Data and Analytics.
• Deep expertise in Teradata and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools including Informatica and DataStage.
• Practical knowledge of Big Data technologies and Hadoop.
• High-level understanding of PowerBI for reporting.
• Deep domain knowledge in Healthcare, specifically Payers, Claims, and Providers.
• Proven experience in Data Architecture and solution design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex migration projects from a technical leadership standpoint.
