Description

You will design, develop, and implement Teradata database solutions and data warehouse structures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map source system attributes to FSLDM targets and downstream data marts.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Teradata Utilities like FastLoad, MultiLoad, and BTEQ.
• Optimize SQL queries, indexing strategies, and database configurations to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Implement data security measures, including access controls and encryption, to ensure integrity.
• Troubleshoot Teradata-related issues and provide technical support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Teradata database technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Financial Logical Data Model (FSLDM) and experience customizing the model.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Teradata utilities (FastLoad, MultiLoad, BTEQ).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, indexing, and partitioning.
• Solid grasp of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
