Description

You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle for large-scale data assets, including migrations and ETL processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute database-intensive development tasks, focusing on data migrations and conversions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Teradata, SQL/BTEQ, and TPT.
• Coordinate development efforts in a distributed environment and manage data provisioning.
• Engage with business stakeholders to discover requirements and support AML monitoring needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data development and engineering.
• Expertise in Teradata 16.x, SQL, and BTEQ scripting.
• Proficiency with Hadoop ecosystem tools: Hive, Impala, PySpark, and Scala.
• Experience with CI/CD practices using Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX and shell scripting for automation.
• Skills in data modelling, sourcing, and performance tuning for SQL.
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica 10.x and Autosys.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
