Description

You will design and implement changes within Teradata environments to support complex data warehousing needs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement changes within Teradata systems.
• Perform performance tuning using statistics, views, stored procedures, and macros.
• Conduct impact analysis and reverse engineering to understand existing software and code generators.
• Manage ETL processes and work with large datasets across various warehouse platforms.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders through clear communication and presentations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data development.
• Expertise in Teradata development and SQL.
• Proven experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Strong performance tuning skills.
• Knowledge of TAS/EAS COTS Workflow Manager and Business Context layer products.
• Familiarity with SAP backend tables, structures, and DD tables.
• Domain knowledge in supply chain processes, including inventory, procurement, and logistics.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Supply Chain Management.
