Description

You will design and automate public cloud infrastructure using Terraform to build core foundational platform services and landing zones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write public cloud infrastructure as code automation using Terraform to develop cloud services catalogs.
• Develop cloud services provisioning automation including IAM, networking, security policies as code, and observability.
• Build CI/CD pipelines to support the cloud data analytics platform.
• Implement resiliency, observability, and FinOps capabilities into infrastructure automation for data PaaS services.
• Partner with Information Security to engineer secure application patterns into cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a Cloud Automation Engineer.
• Significant experience writing HashiCorp Terraform configurations and modules.
• Deep proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps models involving infrastructure-as-code, config-as-code, and policy-as-code.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, including subnets, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting.
• Experience with Ansible, Java, and Linux/UNIX system administration.
• Knowledge of Azure data analytics technologies: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Databricks.
• Experience building highly available IaaS and PaaS solutions in enterprise-scale environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Purview, Power BI, or Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry.
• Azure certification.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
