Description

You will build and automate Cloud infrastructure orchestration for GCP within a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Automate the provisioning of Cloud Infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Design, optimize, and document engineering aspects of the Cloud platform.
• Develop standards and best practices for large-scale technology solutions.
• Diagnose root causes of Cloud issues and implement timely solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of GCP networking services including VPC, VPN, Cloud Interconnect, and Cloud Load Balancing.
• Experience with BigQuery and other GCP services such as Composer, Vertex AI, or DataProc.
• Knowledge of Cloud service offerings related to Security and Data Protection.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and compliance standards.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools for network provisioning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE principles.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Shell.
• Experience managing large-scale Kubernetes based infrastructure.
