Description

You will manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, focusing on configuration, deployment, and monitoring of distributed systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration and automation of infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Build, deploy, and monitor distributed applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or EKS.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate builds, tests, and deployments.
• Manage large Big Data clusters and administer tools like Hue, Hive, Spark, Jupyter, SAS, and R-Studio.
• Script system tasks, deployment, alerting, and monitoring using Python or Shell.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux Administration, including OS-level upgrades and patching.
• Extensive knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Proven experience with AWS Cloud platform and infrastructure.
• Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Experience administering Big Data tools (Hive, Spark, Hue, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Knowledge of system security, including Kerberos and Active Directory.
