Description

Test Analyst for the Bureau’s Business Workflow Unit. You will own functional testing and stakeholder support during product implementation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with subject matter experts to document business requirements and workflows.
• Develop and execute functional and end-to-end tests in UAT/Staging environments.
• Identify, document, and report application defects via JIRA tickets.
• Monitor defect fixes, perform retesting in UAT, and support production verification.
• Provide post-implementation end-user support by troubleshooting issues and guiding system functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application testing and functional verification.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end workflow testing.
• Proficiency in documenting and tracking defects using JIRA.
• Ability to work within a Business Workflow Unit (BWU) environment.
• Experience testing specific application workflows such as PAVRMS.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot system behavior and escalate deficiencies to management.
• Any Graduate level education.
