Test Analyst

Test Analyst for the Business Workflow Unit supporting PAVRMS application implementation.

Responsibilities

• Verify PAVRMS application functionality aligns with business needs and functional design by engaging with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute functional tests and end-to-end workflow testing in UAT and staging environments.
• Identify, document, and report application defects using JIRA, then monitor fixes and conduct retesting in UAT.
• Support verification testing in the production environment and provide post-implementation end-user support.
• Troubleshoot reported issues and application behavior to resolve system workflow problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application testing and workflow testing.
• Proficiency in documenting and reporting defects via JIRA.
• Strong business analysis skills to translate requirements into test scripts.
• Experience performing end-to-end workflow testing in UAT and staging environments.
• Ability to work directly with SMEs to understand business requirements and system design.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PAVRMS application or similar business workflow systems.
