Description

You will lead automation strategy and manual testing efforts to ensure software quality across the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation strategies, including maintenance plans for automated test scripts.
• Identify test cases suitable for automation and build environment-specific test suites for DEV, UAT, QAT, and PRE-PROD.
• Manage the defect management process, regression testing, and change handling.
• Configure automated tools to generate scripts based on standards and integrate them with application life cycle management tools.
• Create testing data management plans and publish execution results for release planning.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in manual testing.
• 7+ years of experience using Selenium, Provar, or similar automation testing tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Java.
• Experience designing and implementing test automation strategies.
• Ability to create and design test planning and sprint planning documents.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
• Experience with integrated application life cycle management.

• Any Graduate degree.
