Own the full User Acceptance Testing lifecycle for Child Support modules, ensuring system quality and business readiness.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive UAT activities, including functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing across Child Support business functions.
• Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data based on functional requirements and user workflows.
• Document test execution results, identify issues, and create clear, reproducible defect reports for triage and resolution.
• Validate system functionality against Child Support policies, federal regulations, and operational requirements.
• Support UAT planning, daily status reporting, metrics collection, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preferably in Child Support Modernization implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Child Support business processes, case management operations, and associated workflows.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools: Jira, Xray, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability to execute detailed test cases and validate system functionality with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and compliance with state security policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with federal OCSE requirements, regulations, and reporting.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor government system implementations.
