Description

You will own end-to-end testing for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, resolving bottlenecks to support increased delivery speed.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR, Compensation, and Wage Progression modules.
• Collaborate with Technical BSA and Development teams to ensure quality delivery and identify defects early.
• Analyze testing bottlenecks and implement fixes to streamline the development pipeline.
• Validate functional requirements against business processes for payroll and compensation structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience testing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Direct experience testing Core HR modules within the Oracle suite.
• Demonstrated experience testing Compensation modules.
• Demonstrated experience testing Wage Progression modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll testing and configurations.
