Description

You will own the automation strategy for the application under test.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support the application team's continuous delivery efforts.
• Participate in code review meetings and influence stakeholders to adopt automation practices.
• Assist testers and automation engineers with design, script development, execution, and reporting.
• Analyze and communicate test results and defect resolution tasks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium.
• Experience with Cypress (JavaScript).
• Knowledge of BDD/TDD, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Strong knowledge of API automation, including REST Assured or Karate.
• Experience automating both frontend and backend components.
• Knowledge of databases such as DB2, MongoDB, or Snowflake, and ability to write SQL queries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with file handling in Java.
• AWS certification.
