Description

Lead automation delivery and strategy for large, complex projects within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test automation strategies for complex Agile projects.
• Design, create, and execute both manual and automated test cases.
• Lead automation delivery using tools such as Katalon, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop frameworks that meet emerging technical demands.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in automation and manual testing.
• Expertise in Selenium and C# for developing automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Katalon and Cucumber.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, build, and release management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to work from the Springfield, MA office 3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL.
