Description

You will act as an SDET to ensure quality within healthcare and PBM systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and manage multiple assignments to meet project deadlines.
• Define technical problems, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions.
• Interact with and influence senior leadership regarding testing outcomes and project status.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize tasks and manage complex workflows.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare legislation and health plan benefit structures to testing scenarios.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in Healthcare or PBM environments.
• SDET experience using .NET and C#.
• Proficiency with RxClaims (AS400), EZQuery, and EZTest tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Understanding of Federal and State agency roles in healthcare legislation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and writing queries.
