Description

You will lead testing efforts for Salesforce implementations, managing the full verification and validation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create functional and end-to-end test scenarios for Asset Hierarchy, Product Family, Warranty, Claims Management, and Return Order Management modules.
• Define testing strategies, coordinate tools and environments, and manage test execution and results tracking.
• Lead and mentor team members in test case preparation, SIT planning, and execution.
• Manage defect triage meetings, report status to management, and review results with Product, Development, and Customer QA teams.
• Coordinate testing across functional, SIT, and regression teams to ensure timely delivery and SIT completion.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing roles.
• Proven experience delivering testing for Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in Functional Testing, Test Case creation, and Test Execution.
• Experience with Regression Testing and SIT.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Xray.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to identify risks, establish mitigation plans, and manage escalations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceMax/Asset 360, Asset Hierarchy, Product Family, Warranty & Claims Management, or Return Order Management.
• Experience with Confluence.
