Description

You will define and evolve the test automation architecture for the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve test automation architecture using Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, and AccelQ.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and execute performance test strategies using JMeter or equivalent tools.
• Embed test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Guide SDETs and QA engineers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to testing best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in QA automation and performance engineering.
• Proficiency in Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, and AccelQ.
• Experience with performance tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Expertise in Java, Python, Groovy, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building scalable test frameworks.
• Knowledge of Git for version control.
