Description

Lead the design and implementation of test automation architectures to ensure software quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the roadmap and architecture for test automation and test suites.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Write reference code and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality, testable code.
• Identify, document, and track software defects alongside developers to ensure resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers in automation best practices and continuously improve testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or Wiremock.
• Understanding of executable specification and behavior-driven specification.
• Knowledge of smoke, API, UI, and penetration testing.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and modern CI/CD practices.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
