Description

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise test automation frameworks and methodologies across all teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level test automation frameworks and tool integrations.
• Build automation solutions covering UI frontend, middle tier, and backend interfaces and services.
• Research, select, and onboard new automation tools to support IT requirements.
• Develop and customize complex frameworks to support Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD workflows.
• Provide automation expertise, training, and coaching to team members.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience building automated solutions for UI, middle tier, and backend services.
• Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise test automation frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working within DevOps and CI/CD environments.
• Proven ability to research, select, and integrate automation tools.
• Experience customizing complex automation frameworks using open source or commercial tools.
