Description

You will design and lead the strategic direction for enterprise-wide quality engineering and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, modular, and CI/CD integrated test automation solutions for web, mobile, APIs, and data platforms.
• Create comprehensive test strategies for data validation across complex application landscapes, including ETL and data migration.
• Build bespoke automation frameworks using Python, C#, or JavaScript for functional and regression testing.
• Establish a centralized QA metrics framework to monitor KPIs and implement audit frameworks for consistent governance.
• Drive the adoption of NextGen QE, including GenAI and AI/ML pilots, while maturing non-functional testing capabilities.
• Liaise with stakeholders across Enterprise Architecture, Development, and Risk Management to align testing with business goals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript for framework development.
• Expertise in Data Testing, ETL testing, and API testing.
• Experience with Non-Functional Testing (NFT), including performance and security.
• Hands-on knowledge of GenAI and AI/ML application in testing.
• Ability to conduct maturity profiling using TMMi or TPI-Next frameworks.
• Strong technical communication and project management skills.
• Experience establishing Communities of Practice for Automation, NFT, and UAT.
