Test Architect

You will own the overall test automation architecture and strategy for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Define the test automation architecture and strategy for enterprise applications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and AccelQ.
• Lead performance engineering, designing and executing load, stress, and endurance tests with JMeter.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines by collaborating with development, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers across teams.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in QA/testing, with 3+ years in a Test Architect role.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium and AccelQ for automation.
• Proficiency in JMeter for performance testing.
• Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks from scratch.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
