Description

You will design and lead the testing strategy and architecture for the software quality ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define testing methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing practices.
• Architect test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Cypress.
• Integrate testing tools into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee performance testing efforts using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Implement security testing methodologies and manage containerization testing.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software testing.
• 5+ years in architectural or leadership roles.
• Expertise in Selenium and Cypress for automation.
• Experience with REST Assured for API testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling for performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Insurance domain testing.
