You will design and lead the enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy and automation roadmap.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders across Enterprise Architecture, Development, Product, and Risk Management to align QA goals.
• Baseline maturity profiling using TMMi or TPI-Next and execute customized improvement plans across portfolios.
• Develop scalable, CI/CD integrated automation solutions for web, mobile, APIs, and data platforms.
• Define and monitor a centralized QA metrics framework to provide customized KPI views for the organization.
• Establish Communities of Practice for Automation, NFT, Data Testing, and UAT.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA or Test Architecture roles.
• Expertise in Data Testing, ETL testing, and Data Migration testing.
• Proficiency in developing bespoke automation frameworks using Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Non-Functional Testing (NFT), including performance and security.
• Strong knowledge of API testing and automation.
• Experience driving QA to QE transformations and GenAI or AI/ML adoption.
• Ability to publish technical templates, standards, and guidelines for project teams.
• Proven track record in Test Data Management (TDM) and Test Environment Management (TEM).

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating comprehensive test strategies for complex data movement and ETL validation.
• Implementing audit frameworks to ensure consistent governance and quality standards.
