Description

Design and maintain test system architecture, including infrastructure, environments, and automation frameworks for Guidewire implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies covering manual and automation approaches across the testing lifecycle.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and scripts to meet specific testing objectives.
• Lead test estimation, resource planning, and project planning for Guidewire implementations.
• Participate in design reviews with developers, product owners, and project managers.
• Oversee defect management, including logging, tracking, and closure coordination.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Test Architecture or QE Architecture.
• Expertise in automation framework building and continuous testing solutions.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Postman, SOAPUI, qTest, and Karate.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and BDD.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of GitOps using GitLab and Bitbucket.
• Competency with XML, JSON, SOAP, and WSDL.
• Experience with Jira, Kibana, and TeamCity.
• Ability to perform end-to-end persona-based test scenario planning.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain knowledge and experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• SAFe experience.
