Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation and performance engineering strategies for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve test automation architecture using Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, and AccelQ.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing, including migration from Selenium to AccelQ.
• Design and execute performance test strategies using JMeter, LoadRunner, or cloud-based tools, analyzing bottlenecks.
• Embed test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Guide SDETs and QA engineers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to testing best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in QA automation and performance engineering.
• Proficiency with automation tools: Selenium, AccelQ, Cucumber, and BDD.
• Experience with performance tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, or Locust.
• Strong command of Java, Python, and Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building scalable test frameworks and service virtualization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating legacy Selenium tests to AccelQ.
• Background in enterprise application architecture.
