Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation and performance engineering strategies across enterprise applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve test automation architecture using Selenium, BDD, and Cucumber.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and execute performance test strategies using JMeter, analyzing system bottlenecks.
• Embed test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Guide SDETs and QA engineers, ensuring adherence to testing best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in QA automation and performance engineering.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Groovy, or TypeScript.
• Experience with automation tools including Selenium and AccelQ.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building scalable test frameworks.
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with performance engineering tools like JMeter.
