Description

You will design and own the enterprise-wide QA strategy, automation roadmap, and quality governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable UI, API, Integration, and E2E automation frameworks.
• Define and track quality engineering KPIs, including test coverage, automation ROI, defect leakage, and release quality.
• Lead AI-enabled test automation initiatives, including self-healing and intelligent test execution.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines, driving shift-left and continuous testing practices.
• Lead testing across ERP, WMS, OMS, eCommerce, and enterprise integrations while mentoring QE teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Quality Engineering/Test Automation.
• 6+ years as a hands-on Test Architect or Automation Architect.
• Strong experience building and refining automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Strong leadership and consulting skills for distributed QA teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing tools like REST Assured or Postman.
• Background in performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
