Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy. Establish scalable test automation frameworks and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy aligned with STLC standards.
• Establish scalable test automation frameworks and enforce testing standards and governance.
• Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing approaches across functional, integration, and UAT phases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and oversee non-functional testing including performance and security.
• Mentor QA leads and test engineers while collaborating with development, DevOps, and business teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall testing experience with 4+ years in a Test Architect or QA Architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience in automation and framework design.
• Proficiency with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Behave).
• Experience with Cypress and Playwright for test automation.
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP API testing.
• Proficiency in Python for automation scripting.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Telecom or Media domain.
• Experience with cloud testing on AWS or Azure.
