Drive the enterprise-wide end-to-end QA strategy, automation roadmap, and quality governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable UI, API, integration, and end-to-end automation frameworks.
• Define and track quality engineering KPIs, including test coverage, automation ROI, defect leakage, and cycle time reduction.
• Lead AI-enabled test automation initiatives, including self-healing and intelligent test execution.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines, driving shift-left and continuous testing practices.
• Lead testing across ERP, WMS, OMS, eCommerce, and enterprise integrations while providing technical leadership to QE teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Quality Engineering or Test Automation.
• 6+ years as a hands-on Test Architect, QE Architect, or Automation Architect.
• Strong experience building and refining automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Proficiency in API testing with REST Assured or Postman.
• Hands-on expertise in CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Proven ability to lead distributed QA/SDET teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience establishing automation standards, reusable assets, and quality reporting dashboards.
• Background in enterprise application testing for supply chain and middleware systems.
