Description

Design testing architectures and drive high-level QA strategy for data-intensive applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define overall test strategies, test plans, and processes across the SDLC, including templates and reporting dashboards.
• Lead the QA process by creating POCs, implementing AI plugins for efficiency, and providing technical direction to the team.
• Own the integration of automation goals within the CI/CD pipeline and work with product owners to prioritize test cases.
• Establish engineering quality standards, conduct code reviews, and train team members on best practices.
• Support data-intensive projects through advanced SQL querying, data analysis, and validation of data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Expertise in advanced SQL querying and working with AWS Athena.
• Deep understanding of Microservices testing and Data Pipelines.
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD, and git.
• Proven ability to implement AI tools or plugins within the QA process.
• Solid background in Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Karate automation framework.
• Direct experience in AI testing.
