Description

You will lead the design and delivery of complete automation test infrastructure and tools while establishing high standards for automation practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the test automation strategy, roadmap, and working framework.
• Streamline UI and API automation suites within continuous integration pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to SDETs and QA Automation Engineers.
• Design solutions for test data management and test artifact management.
• Align automation strategy with engineering teams to improve reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing or development.
• 5+ years of experience architecting test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Advanced programming skills in Java or Python.
• Expertise in UI automation using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or Serenity.
• Experience with REST API and WebServices testing using Rest Assured or Karate.
• Mobile application testing experience using Appium or XCUItest.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and Test Automation Design Patterns such as PageObject, PageFactory, and ScreenPlay.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for automated tests in Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Git for branch management.

Preferred Skills

• Performance Test Automation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Algorithms and O-Notation.
