Description

You will design and implement the testing strategy and framework for software products.

You will own the testing lifecycle, from strategy definition to automated execution and continuous integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of testing frameworks and strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Define test methodologies and processes to improve the efficiency of the testing lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure maintainable automation code.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation and QA.
• Proven expertise in designing automation frameworks using Selenium or Appium.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and defect troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Certified Tester certification.
• Agile Testing certification.
