Description

Lead the strategic roadmap for automation tooling and testing processes. Own the overall testing strategy and evaluate existing tool capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation objectives and project requirements.
• Reduce regression cycle times and build automation capabilities for progression test suites.
• Implement frameworks to update regression suites as new functionality is released.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation and strategic roadmap execution.
• Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) testing for in-house applications.
• Hands-on experience with backend testing tools and frameworks.
• Deep industry knowledge of automation, tooling, and AI for Quality Assurance.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong defect management, tracking, and analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid onshore-offshore model.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom background involving provisioning, activation, and mediation platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing RESTful APIs.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or test automation.
