Description

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise test automation frameworks and methodologies across all teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect modular, reusable automated testing solutions for UI, middle tier, and backend interfaces.
• Build and deliver automation frameworks using open-source or commercial tools to support Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Drive technical excellence through hands-on coding, code reviews, and coaching team members.
• Evaluate and integrate new automation tools, determining requirements for complex framework customization.
• Collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders to define and articulate technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience building automated solutions for large-scale applications.
• Strong Java coding proficiency.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and API testing using Rest Assured.
• Experience with Cucumber and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Proficiency with the Karate framework and Service Virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA integrations (Zephyr, X-ray, or Assert That).
• Knowledge of QMetry and scheduling/coverage reporting tools.
• Experience with Applitools and shift-left testing using the test pyramid.
• Understanding of optimization, performance improvement, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Mortgage business domain knowledge.
