Description

Design and deliver the organization-wide automation testing strategy to ensure scalability, functionality, and reusability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test automation frameworks, harnesses, and code libraries for multiple projects.
• Define end-to-end test approaches to manage the quality of web applications and APIs.
• Lead and mentor the Test Automation Engineer team.
• Resolve complex design problems related to automation test strategies for critical projects.
• Identify and improve existing automation tools and technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Expertise in designing scalable, data-driven automation test scripts.
• Experience using automation testing within CI/CD pipelines in a DevOps environment.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with GIT or other SCM tools for version control.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design techniques and Agile methodology.
• Experience testing across web browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE) and headless browsers like PhantomJs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQLServer or NoSQL databases.
• Experience using AWS to scale automation testing infrastructure on demand.
