Design and lead scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable test automation frameworks using Playwright, WebDriverIO, and RestAssured.
• Define automation strategy across Agile/DevOps teams and optimize CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Research and integrate AI/ML-based tools for self-healing scripts and intelligent test prioritization.
• Mentor QA engineers and SDETs, establishing best practices for code reviews and test reliability.
• Collaborate with Developers and DevOps to align automation with project goals and execute manual testing when needed.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing with 10+ years in Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright, WebDriverIO, and RestAssured.
• Proven experience building and scaling test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with API testing, including request/response validation and contract testing.
• Familiarity with BDD/TDD methodologies (Cucumber, Mocha) and testing best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML in test automation or interest in modern intelligent testing tools.
