• Drive outcomes with QA automation by engaging architecture, engineering, and operations teams.
• Oversee financial management of budgets and cost estimations.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to solve complex software development and test engineering problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and test engineering.
• 8+ years of experience driving outcomes with QA automation and technical architecture teams.
• Expert-level expertise in multiple testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Tosca.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Git, Jira, Ant, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience/certification.
