Description

You will design and implement enterprise-scale test automation frameworks from scratch, owning the quality engineering strategy for BFSI domain applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Integrate automated testing pipelines into CI/CD environments including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Implement BDD practices with Cucumber and enforce shift-left testing principles within Agile workflows.
• Leverage AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance test coverage and development efficiency.
• Mentor QA teams on modern quality engineering practices and DevOps integration.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Playwright Automation (TypeScript preferred) and Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for test script development.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Deep knowledge of BDD (Cucumber) and shift-left testing methodologies.
• Hands-on integration experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing practices.

Preferred Skills

• BFSI domain experience is required; US Banking/Lending experience is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
