Description

You will design and lead the technical direction for enterprise-scale test automation frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define the automation vision, roadmap, and reference architecture to align with business goals and SDLC/STLC practices.
• Architect scalable, modular automation frameworks supporting UI, API, DB, and component testing.
• Standardize tools, reusable libraries, and accelerators while enforcing coding standards and quality gates.
• Integrate automation into Agile workflows and CI/CD pipelines to support shift-left testing and continuous delivery.
• Lead framework evolution, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of complex automation issues.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in test automation architecture or framework development.
• Expertise in designing enterprise-grade automation frameworks using Java or Groovy.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Proven experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical discipline.
