Description

Own complex test automation activities as a Test Lead, driving test strategy and execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective test strategies and plans for complex initiatives.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases to meet business outcomes.
• Develop, document, and identify end-to-end test solution designs and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with development to validate user stories, acceptance criteria, DoD, and DoR.
• Lead Proofs of Concepts (POCs) for new testing technologies like Service Virtualization, DevOps, and BDD.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in API Testing and DB Testing.
• Proficiency with Postman, Cucumber, and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of test data management and automated data provisioning.
• Ability to understand technical solutions to build optimized test approaches.
• Experience leading test design and development efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Virtualization.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices in testing.
