Description

You will design and build automated testing frameworks for distributed, highly-scalable hosted services and embedded systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems for highly available multi-site deployment environments.
• Tune application performance and support network architectures for secure video delivery.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle through active QA automation.
• Communicate advanced technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Python and Selenium for QA automation.
• Mastery of a garbage collected C-like language such as Java or C#.
• Deep knowledge of the HTTP specification and RESTful styles.
• Experience working with data serialization formats including XML and JSON.
• Ability to operate in Linux/Unix environments, including basic system configuration and scripting.
• Strong understanding of basic data structures, common algorithms, and their tradeoffs.
• Proficiency in object-oriented development, data modeling, and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
