Description

You will design, build, and maintain automated test solutions for web applications to ensure software quality across the development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber.
• Create and execute BDD-style test scenarios, integrating them into the automation suite.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for backend testing and data validation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Debug test failures, analyze root causes, and log defects using bug-tracking tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid experience writing and executing complex SQL queries for database validation.
• Strong understanding of BDD concepts and UI testing design patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with defect management tools like Jira or TestRail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with cloud-based cross-browser testing tools such as BrowserStack, SauceLabs, or LambdaTest.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
