Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks from scratch.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test plans and cases based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain automation suites for UI and API testing using Playwright, Rest Assured, and Postman.
• Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Product teams to debug and resolve design or code issues.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate and adopt new tools and emerging technologies.
• Execute regression, smoke, system, and integration testing across all functional areas.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in test automation with hands-on coding expertise.
• Proficiency in UI automation using Playwright with Java and TypeScript.
• Experience with API automation using Rest Assured and Java.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices and testing APIs via Postman and SOAP UI.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Ability to implement industry-standard design patterns within a testing framework.
• Experience working within Agile processes and the full SDLC.
