Description

You lead test automation strategy and technical execution for your team.

You will own the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks, execute tests to identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. You provide technical solutions for your immediate team and across multiple teams, while mentoring junior members in automation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely defect resolution.
• Provide technical solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members in test automation best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• BE degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing using BDD framework and Cucumber.
