Description

Lead automation strategy and execution across multiple applications in an Agile environment. You will design frameworks, write code for test scenarios, and investigate root causes of failures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute automation strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Design and build test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
• Write code to automate test scenarios and simulate user interactions.
• Execute performance testing to analyze concurrency, arrival rates, and scheduling bottlenecks.
• Investigate failed test cases by reading code to identify and resolve root causes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT systems automation experience.
• 4+ years with Java, OOP, Selenium, and TestNG.
• 4+ years of performance testing using LoadRunner.
• 4+ years of relational database experience with Oracle and MS SQL.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with VBScript, JavaScript, SoapUI, or Postman for web and API testing.
• Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, Client ALM, and Octane.
• Knowledge of scalability, capacity, reliability, and queuing theory.
• 2+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database performance tuning and test data management.
