Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and scalable frameworks to support functional, regression, and performance testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with developers to define test coverage, execute tests, and analyze results for defect identification.
• Log, track, and verify defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps, working with teams to validate fixes.
• Prepare detailed test plans and generate execution reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in software testing, with 3+ years in QA automation.
• Strong core programming expertise in Java (OOPs, Data Structures), JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to testing Conversational AI, chatbots, or voice-based virtual assistants.
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) and TDD principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare domain knowledge and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with AI-driven test automation tools and AI model evaluation metrics.
