Description

You will own the test automation strategy and execution for web applications, ensuring high coverage and stability across functional and regression testing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Java.
• Build and enhance UI automation using Selenium and Playwright for functional and regression testing.
• Design robust test cases with clear assertions, stable selectors, and reliable synchronization strategies.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support consistent execution and reporting.
• Debug failing test runs, analyze root causes, and implement fixes to improve test stability.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java for developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for web UI automation and regression testing.
• Experience with Playwright Automation for modern, scalable, and cross-browser testing.
• Ability to design robust, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of test design principles, including assertions, selectors, and synchronization strategies.
• Experience in debugging automation failures and performing root cause analysis to improve test stability.
• Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with QA and development teams to translate requirements into automation coverage.
• Good documentation skills to maintain automation frameworks, test cases, and usage guidelines.
