Description

Design and execute automated testing strategies for Linux-based applications, focusing on Python scripting, network protocols, and database integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
• Create detailed test plans and procedures for Linux OS environments.
• Automate complex test procedures to increase coverage.
• Test and integrate networking and wireless LAN protocols.
• Manage and query databases using SQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python scripting and development.
• 5+ years of experience creating test plans for Linux OS.
• 3+ years of experience in test automation.
• 3+ years with networking protocols (TCP, UDP, IP, SNMP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
• 3+ years with Wireless LAN protocols (802.11ac, 802.11ax).
• 3+ years working with databases and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of API automation testing.
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Avionics industry with IFEC products.
