Description

Manage end-to-end quality assurance for POS applications through manual and automated testing processes.

You will own the full Software Testing Life Cycle, including functional, progression, and regression testing. You will collaborate with product owners to finalize test cases before development iterations begin. Design and execute automated tests to improve efficiency. Perform backend testing using relational and NoSQL databases. Analyze logs and database records to provide technical context for identified issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) for POS applications.
• Design and execute automated tests to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure test cases are ready for development.
• Perform log and database analysis to provide technical context for issues.
• Conduct backend testing using relational and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills

• 6 to 7 years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong expertise in Java and Selenium.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, Postgres, and MongoDB.
• Experience writing and executing API test cases using SoapUI or RestAssured.
• Ability to perform log analysis using Logz or Kibana.
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD) using Cucumber.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira and Zephyr Scale.
