Description

You will own the automation strategy and execution for enterprise applications in a Linux environment. You will build and maintain test frameworks, debug complex issues, and ensure reliable delivery through continuous integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Ruby to execute application components.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies aligned with Agile methodologies.
• Collect test results from various components, aggregate reports, and manage defect tracking.
• Debug automation code and troubleshoot issues within Linux development environments.
• Collaborate with teams to understand user requirements and define comprehensive test cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Linux development environments for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Python programming and automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Shell scripting, Ruby, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Docker automation and container-based deployments.
• Experience with configuration and build tools such as Bazel and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with repository management tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
• Understanding of test strategies, test plans, and defect tracking processes.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for automation and test environments.
